Welcome to the IMA and to the central PUCV 

The Institute of Mathematics IMA is located right next to the San Francisco de Asis Church, which is represented in the drawing.

How to get to the Institute for Mathematics:

From Viña del Mar:

Take Microbus 509 (red with green) on the  Av. Libertad (towards the mall) or Arlegui street,get off at street Blanco Viel, which is the street where are the San Francisco Church.

Another option is to take any transport to Valparaiso (by Av. Spain) and get off at paredero Yolanda (whereabouts after the Santa Maria University), then cross two bridges, to finally climb Yolanda, then bend from Barros Borgoño, the IMA is next to the San Francisco church.

From Valparaíso:
 

Take microbus 506 or 507 (red with green) on the Av. Pedro Mont, then get off at Blanco Viel reference which is the street where is located the San Francisco church. 

 

How to get to Valparaíso? 

If you´re in Santiago Airport, take some of the available services of taxis or buses that will take you directly to any location or bus terminal. Services include:

    Once you´re in one of the stops or terminals, should only take one of the bus service to take you directly to Valparaiso. The trip takes 1 hour 45 minutes from Santiago. Exits with a frequency of 15 minutes, the bus companies offer a good standard of service and comfort.
    For those who want to reach by car from Santiago, take Route 68, following the directions of the road, being the estimated travel time 1 hour 30 minutos.
